Private health insurance, Medicare and Medicaid DO NOT reimburse for driver evaluations or driver training services. Health insurance companies consider driving a privilege not a medical necessity.

● Private/Self-pay
We will assist with securing an authorization for services for client’s with a funding source. If the client is private/self-pay, prepayment is required to schedule services. Contact us for further information.
